Blake A. Poole, founder of The Law Offices of Blake A. Poole, LLC, is an attorney who understands overcoming real-life challenges in a strategic, smart and dedicated manner.
As a former Army infantryman from 2005-2008, he approaches his clients with respect and handles their cases with dedication and integrity. Following his 15-month tour in Iraq and honorable discharge from the Army, Blake received his undergraduate degree from North Georgia College and State University and his law degree from Georgia State University.
Blake uses his skills and life experiences to counsel and guide our legal team. We take a straightforward approach with an emphasis on transparency and strong client relationships. Our goal is to deliver a level of service that makes every client feel as though they are our only client.

Blake began his career as a prosecutor, where his skills in the courtroom set him apart and put him on the path to private practice. He now utilizes his substantial trial experience to guide our legal team and passionately represent his clients in criminal defense matters such as:

Josh Panter was born and raised in Gainesville, Georgia, graduating from Gainesville High School. He does pro bono work for the Immigrant & Refugee Law Center and is a member of the Gainesville Jaycees.
Matthew Leipold started working at the Hall County Public Defender’s Office in August 2013. He immediately began representing clients accused of felonies in Hall and Dawson Counties.
